“Charagua Iyambae” in representation of the local Guarani Indigenous Community in their capacity as land owners have provided a 30 year lease on the 50,000 Ha of degraded pasture in exchange for an initial 80% of the issued capital.

“162 Group” in representation of a private initiative are supplying management and operational resources, access to financial capital and their extensive market know-how in exchange for an initial 20% of the issued capital.

David Horgan
David Horgan has worked in Bolivia since 1986, and partnered with indigenous communities in several Latin countries without difficulties. He has served as a director of energy and natural resource London listed companies since 1990. He has a 1st in Law from Cambridge University, an MBA with Distinction from Harvard, and speaks Spanish and Portuguese.
Peter O’Toole
Peter O’Toole has operated in the civil engineering, mining and agroindustrial sectors in Bolivia for over 30 years, predominantly in medium and large scale infrastructure projects.
He is a Civil Engineer by discipline, educated at University of London – Queen Mary College, and GMIT Institute of Technology in Ireland.
Peter is also the Honorary Consul General of Ireland in Bolivia and as such has participated in a number of development projects involving local, regional and national government institutions and also rural communities in both indigenous and non-indigenous areas.
James Johnson
James Johnson studied Agricultural and Forestry sciences at Oxford University and holds an MSc in Agricultural Economics from London University. For the past 35 years he has worked in the research and development of agroforestry and integrated land management systems, principally in the Amazon region of Bolivia but also in Brazil, Colombia, Peru and Ecuador. James has worked primarily with indigenous communities in eastern Bolivia, promoting forest restoration through the use of innovative land management practices, integrating communities into commercial value chains while respecting their traditional practices and knowledge. He has a farm in Santa Cruz where he puts the principles of integrated production systems into practice.
